Commercial Law

Notaries have the necessary tools to give you valuable advice in your business plans. Their role as legal advisor will ensure you have all the information you need for your company to prosper; in their capacity as mediators, which is part of their profession, they give you and your partners the certainty that your company distributes its dividends fairly and equitably. Disputes over internal management will impede your plans, and the notary is there to set down in writing the rules that guarantee you a prosperous future.

  • Incorporation (federal or provincial)
