Me Christian GiardMtre Christian Giard, LL.B. D.D.N. 1987

Mtre Giard graduated from the Université de Montréal in 1987. He practices mainly real estate law, serving companies as well as individuals. He also offers related services such as preparation of mandates or wills, and organization of companies. He belongs to several associations of business people, and spends considerable time developing the firm's clientele. Mtre Godin graduated as a notary in 2002. With her warm heart and attentive ear, she can comfort and guide you in unhappy times. Me Jaime LerakisMtre Jaime Lerakis, LL.B. D.D.N. 2006

Mtre Lerakis joined the Dumais & Giard team to do her pre-admission internship in 2006. Since then, she has been responsible for commercial and residential transactions. She also works in the field of protection of individuals: drafting fiduciary and other wills, protective mandates in case of incapacity, estate settlement and non-contentious matters. She performs civil marriages, adapting the ceremony to suit each couple. envelope_icon

Me Josianne GelfusaMtre Josianne Gelfusa, LL.B. D.D.N. 2008

Mtre Gelfusa has belonged to the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2008, and has been part of the firm since May of 2007. She performs real estate transactions of all kinds: residential, agricultural, and commercial, among others. She is particularly gifted at drafting wills and mandates in case of incapacity that meet the needs of each particular case. She works in French, English, and Italian (her first language). As well, Mtre Gelfusa co-authored the article Domicile et Résidence in the volume Personne et Famille of the encyclopedia JurisClasseur Québecenvelope_icon

Mtre Leroux did his pre-admission internship in our firm and was offered a position as notary on graduation. He works mainly in the traditional notarial fields, and specializes in the corporate and co-ownership areas.
